I bought $50 Nike gc, and didn't receive the $10 coupon. What the hell is going on?
Apparently, the manager who happened to be there didn't have any problem receiving his coupon today.
I'll be filing a complaint to the the corporate as it's getting PITA to sort this out every week. I never had an issue until they started this $50 any gift card promo 3 weeks ago. If anyone else having the same problem, please shoot a complaint email to mallgiftcards (AT) wakefern.com .

My coupon did not print out either for a Netflix gift card. The guy at the service desk said that he could see it on my card but it wasn't printing at any of the stores. He wrote down some code on my receipt and said they would be able to work with that next week.

Can you explain how you got free?

4 x 4.99 = 19.96 less 12(4x3 dq) less $5/3dq = $3 OOP less the cat.

Am I missing something?

I got that coupon code as well, but only after wasting a solid 15-20 minutes. And what irks me is the associate's attitude. She was keep insinuating that I'm trying to scam SR by redeeming the offer multiple times AND she would insist that she hasn't seen this kind of case before so instead of the system error, it must be the customer that's the problem.

I just came to take advantage of the promo that you are advertising.

Thank you all for the heads up. I am not going to even bother with the deal then. My store is out of most of my favorite stores, except maybe Disney but I have no plans to go there any time soon.
