I've noticed the SR near me has a much smaller selection of retail gift cards this year. They have so many Visa cards and then lots of restaurant/movie ones and then just a few other choices. They used to get a separate stand alone shipper of retail cards but I haven't seen that yet this year. My go to is usually either the HomeGoods family of stores or Bed Bath & Beyond/Christmas Tree shop cards.

When I had a problem with not getting the voucher, it was most likely from a $50 Shell gas card mistakenly not being on the qualifying list. That was from a previous deal.

It might be helpful if people mention what cards they bought this week when they didn't get a voucher.

I bought a $50 Home Depot GC on Monday and did NOT receive the $10 certificate. Today I bought one $25 Lowes and one $25 Kohls (on a different card) and received the $10 certification. Not sure if problem is fixed or the Home Depot $50 GC is the issue.

I received a CAT printout of an Exclusive Offer, Created Just for You promotion where I have to spend $150 between 12/8 - 12/28 and receive $15 off a future shopping order. Has anyone completed this promotion and received the $15 OYNO? Is there any way to check the balance?

I got that Cat, too! I was going to post about it here, but I have to find it in my purse!!
I'm not sure which of my 2 cards its from!! I don't think there is a hint to the card number on the Cat. I checked the numbers on the sides of the Cat, but don't see the last numbers of my cards there. Will have to take out key cards and check better.
I wonder, too, about the balance. My cards are not registered online.
I used my main card for the Turkey promo, then started using the other card, to see if any good cats would print. So, I don't know if its for spending $$$ during Turkey promo or just alot in general on that card. Other card I don't use all that much, but do try to alternate to see what Cat's will print.

It's not fixed. Today I bought the Home Depot $50 gift card and didn't get the $10 certificate. Last week, same problem. I really hope they get this sorted out for next week. It's PITA to go to the CS desk to sort this out twice in a row.

Heads up. All gc's are down at my store. They said it is system wide and dunno when it will be fixed. Awful promo.
Had a difficult time redeeming my $10 from last week also.

I called my store this AM, girl at CS told me Home Depot cards ($25.00) were having a problem, but the $50.00 were working! Went right there and cards were NOT working! So, I made 2 separate trips and NO cards!!!!

I just filled out the customer survey on the bottom of the receipt. Complained about not getting the $10 OYNO from gift cards two week in a row. And how CS took a long time to handle it.

And how Stop and Shop was able to do their GC promos flawlessly for four weeks.

If you didn't get your $10 OYNO, please take 5 minutes and answer the survey that is on the bottom of the receipt.

My JoAnn Fabrics GC activated but Jersey Mike's did not. Complained to CS got $25 back and she gave me a $10 SR GC for losing out on the GC promo...

Does anyone know if the godiva CATs we received by buying 3 would scan at stop & shop SCO? It's over $3 but I don't know if CATs are treated differently.
