Ok, anyone from around Kingston, NY have any ideas on where to shop now?

First we lost doubling, now we lost dig & man combo.

I'm looking to only make one stop, (ie not buying specific things from specific stores)

Anyone have any recommendations?

edit: also, anyone find a way around this? Something like scanning PP card last?

Does your store have a deli ordering kiosk? They also have access to the digital coupons web page. Scan your card or type in the number on the touch screen and you can clip or unclip coupons from there.

i work at bard, so i shop at kingston on my way home. i don't shop as much unless i am doing non doubling items. i live near pok, so i shop that sr on sundays for all doubling items. it sucks because hannaford is crazy expensive. unless you are willing to travel, there are no other doubling stores Frown

I did a version of this deal. I could care less for the scent boosters, so I went for 7 A&H detergents: 3 Regular, 2 Pods, 2 Sensitive Skin. I used 1 regular ecoupon and 2 each printed from coupons.com of regular, pods, and sensitive. 7 products purchased -- 7 coupons used. No problem, right?

It turns out the order of how the products and coupons are scanned are important. The "regular" coupon was good on either regular or sensitive skin bottles, while the sensitive skin coupon was only good on sensitive skin bottles. It ended up that the regular coupons attached to the sensitive skin products and the two sensitive skin paper coupons wouldn't go through. It took 15 minutes of discussion with a manager and examining the receipt and products in detail before she approved overiding the 2 coupons that beeped!

Off-topic but figured I would post here since Shoprite locations and QuickChek locations overlap for the NJ peeps. QuickChek is offering free 20 oz. iced coffee with flavor shots like hazelnut and French vanilla. No coupon needed. In fact, if you go to the SCO station and scan your coffee, there's an option to apply the free coffee offer. I think it was under the "Drinks" option but don't hold me to that. It was just a few taps on the screen and the total was $0. If you go to the cashier it's the same thing. She told me I could come back every day until May 19. Coffee with hazelnut syrup and half and half was awesome! yummy

had my first experience with the new ecoupon / paper system.

Turns out they are so use to coupons that never scan correctly that they just override it.

I wonder if they will check in the long term...
