I've bough them for years with various CC merchant offers. If I get 10-15% CB at CVS, for example, eBay is one of the GCs I would buy.

This is just a PSA: eBay gift cards (both physical and electronic) will no longer be sold starting August 3, 2026. Existing gift cards will still be able to be redeemed after that date. So I guess...

From what I understand, sometimes you get a discount from buying an eBay gift card, for example, from Target

Already mentioned by another member but I get 5% off eBay Gift Cards via Target Redcard. You can also buy eBay Gift cards whenever there's a Target Circle reward for "Spend $xxx at X times, get $XX...

I can buy them at my local grocery store and get 5% rewards on my credit card plus ~6% in free fuel.
