I think OP is mistaken. That's just where the account shows the promotion that you were signed up for last year, which hasn't expired yet.

I checked too, and I just see the promotion, that we all signed up for last year. It'd be great though, if they do this offer again, though I'm doubtful, as Paramount now owns HBO.
