During NFL gamedays, registered Little Caesars account holders can do the NFL Gameday Challenge which pops up in the app when you open it and as also under the "Challenges" tab. Based on my last few weeks doing this, the Thursday offer has always been a $5 discount on any future purchase when you make a $15 purchase.
If you order 4 Slices-N-Sticks and apply the separate 15% off $15 or more gameday offer in-app, you pay $16.88 up-front, and then next day you get a coupon for $5 off a future app order.
