Their 40v brushless struggles with 20" blade A LOT overheating batteries. There is no way it can do 25" any better. 16" is probably the best GW I've ever had as of power delivery, before making a mistake upgrading to 20". You need to go to 60v or 80v for 20"+

Is the 20" blade a duel battery? Looks like this one can accept both batteries at once, which should meaningfully reduce the amperage. Also this is a duel blade, not a singular 25" blade so that should not be as much draw.

IMO, the 21" has been rock solid (that is what I have used for a few years now, ~.5 acres). I started with a set of 4ah batteries, and it had no issues. I now use 8ah batteries, and can do the whole thing with pretty much one battery.
If you are using smaller than 4ah, that might be part of the issue, but their 4ah or higher batteries can handle my 21" with no issues , and I suspect the 25" is just as good.

If you are using smaller than 4ah, that might be part of the issue, but their 4ah or higher batteries can handle my 21" with no issues , and I suspect the 25" is just as good.
