I've had this printer for a few months now (also relatively new to printing). It's one of the cheapest mutli color printers you can get. Plenty of aftermarket prints & parts (i.e. print bed surfaces).
Theoretically, "bed slingers" like this aren't as good for tall prints, as the bed moves back & forth vs. CoreXY printers, in which the bed just moves up & down.... personally, I haven't printed anything super tall to encounter this issue.
There's a few "out of the box" prints I did with mine (i.e. purge bin, drag chains) - the most crucial IMO was a spindle delete that allows me to continue using dry "cereal" boxes so my filaments aren't exposed to humidity (my set up is in the basement).
Overall, I love mine... I'd recommend it.
