2023 TV, only HDMI3 is full-bandwidth HDMI 2.1 for 4k 120Hz, HDMI1 is eARC and 2/4 are standard 4k, next biggest flaw is poor contrast and local dimming (most noticeable in a dark room). Smart interface is unsurprisingly garbage from Vizio aka WalMart's advertising venture. Picture is bright and colors good with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, low input lag, and if you're using it for text as a commercial display or gigantic PC monitor it does do 4:4:4 chroma.

Oh it's a fantastic deal and I think the first time an 85" 4k 120Hz (HDMI 2.1) TV has been under $400. That's why I'm pointing out the few issues that might cause pause, because it's a tempting deal and rightfully so.
