The 1-star reviews are worth reading. Keep in mind every power station will have their advantages, limits and drawbacks. This one is no exception. Biggest pro of this unit over other 1kw units is the 2200w load albeit it appears to be HIGHLY inefficient.

If you need to run corded lawn/power tools in the field without a gas genny, this would work for a short period.

Comparing the DJI Power 1000 V2 and the Bluetti Elite 100 V2 reveals two strong 1 kWh portable power stations with distinct performance and pricing trade-offs.
Core Specifications
Feature DJI Power 1000 V2 Bluetti Elite 100 V2
Battery Capacity 1,024 Wh (LiFePO4) 1,024 Wh (LiFePO4)
AC Output (Continuous) Higher output (up to 2,600W / 2,600W simultaneous) 1,800W (with Power Lifting Mode up to 2,700W for resistive loads)
AC Outlets 4 AC ports Standard multi-port layout (9 total ports)
Cycle Life / Warranty 4,000 cycles 4,000+ cycles / 5-year warranty
Recharging (AC) Fast charging (80% in 37 mins, full in ~1 hour) ~1,200W max input (full charge in ~1 hour 39 mins, or ~1 hour depending on profile)
Solar Input Up to 800W Up to 1,000W
Weight ~31 lbs (14 kg) ~25 lbs (11.3 kg)
Estimated Price Around $599 – $699 Around $499 – $599
Key Differences
• Power Output & Appliances: The DJI Power 1000 V2 delivers a higher continuous and simultaneous power output (2,600W), making it more capable of running heavy-draw appliances like space heaters, heavy kitchen gear, or high-wattage tools. The Bluetti Elite 100 V2 provides 1,800W (scaling up to 2,700W for resistive loads via Power Lifting Mode), which handles standard camping, tailgating, and essential home backup needs with ease.
• Weight & Portability: The Bluetti Elite 100 V2 is lighter at roughly 25 lbs compared to the DJI's ~31 lbs, giving it an edge if you need to haul it on foot or pack light for a trip.
• Solar & Charging: The Bluetti Elite 100 V2 features a higher 1,000W solar input capacity compared to DJI's 800W, which can speed up off-grid solar replenishment. Meanwhile, DJI features built-in Bluetooth/app control natively (upgraded from the V1) and four AC ports.
• Price & Value: As detailed in comparisons on Station Arena, the Bluetti Elite 100 V2 generally comes in at a lower price point ($100 cheaper depending on retail specials), offering a lower cost per lifetime kilowatt-hour if you do not strictly require DJI's higher AC output threshold.

So at $99 cheaper the DJI wins as far as specs go

A lot of the reviews for 1 star are inaccurate.

A MC4 to XT60 adapter cable is $20 all day everyday on Amazon not $50 or $100 as some of the reviews say.

Additionally many of the reviews including the first one on the 1 star refer to the previous model year. This new model was not made until July 9, 2025 and was not available until January 2026 by Amazon in the USA.

Well if you're reading reviews for v1 instead of v2, then yes lol. I can see why they would be inaccurate

Thanks, ChatGPT. Seriously, if you have no experience with it then maybe don't copy-pasta LLM responses

That person has no real input. They just threw that into ChatGPT and pasted it here. And ChatGPT just superficially copy-pasted info, too.

Basically, you can't really get anything out of what they added outside of superficial specs that are already on the internet

I have lots of experience and it was Gemini not chat GTP and it breaks down the specs. Better. I have a business and house in the Philippines and have a lot of experience with solar and battery back up. Have brown outs almost daily in PH
