Amazon has for Prime Members: Zojirushi 3-Cup Micom Rice Cooker and Warmer (NS-LGC05XB) for $121.49. Shipping is free.
Thanks to Deal Hunter phoinix for finding this deal.
Features:
Compact: With its compact size and ability to cook as little as 1/2 a cup of rice or oats, this rice cooker is ideal for small families or couples
Steel Cut Oatmeal Menu Setting: This is a special menu setting for cooking steel-cut oatmeal. The cooking flow is different than the regular Porridge setting and has a shorter completion time
Brown or GABA Brown Menu Setting: The Brown Rice Activation (or GABA Brown Setting) activates brown rice by keeping the temperature inside the pan at about 104 degrees F for 2 hours. By activating brown rice, GABA, one of the nutrients contained in brown rice, increases its amount by 1.5 times as much as that contained in non-activated brown rice
Long Grain White Menu Setting: This is a special menu setting for cooking long-grain white rice. The cooking flow is different than the White rice setting because long-grain white rice cooks differently than short or medium-grain white rice
Easy to Transport and Hassle Free Storing: It can be transported easily with the help of a fold-down handle. The built-in retractable power cord makes moving and storing hassle-free

Thank you OP.
Because the question will inevitably get asked - this model is made in China.
Zojirushi does have a 3-cup counterpart that is made in Japan, the NP-GBC05 which is also on "early Prime sale" for roughly double the price. This Japanese version has an induction heating system, which may justify some of the increased price: https://www.amazon.com/Zojirushi-...00IR8H2ZI/

Bought this model about 5 years ago and use it weekly. Great machine and haven't had any issues with it. Various rice types comes out fluffy and I've made sushi rice successfully a couple of times. Paid $104.99 back in November of 2021, but I'd still be happy if I paid more.

I have this model (not the more expensive GBC one) and I quite like it.
Something specifically nice about the 3-cup model is you can cook as little as a half-cup of rice at a time. That's about as much as I want to eat for a small meal, and I don't like reheating rice, so that's a plus for me.
The rice cooker has a retractable cable, which is convenient for storage between uses. I've had mine six years and the mechanism still seems solid.
Zojirushi is also quite good about replacement parts. I have a Zojirushi insulated mug that needed a new seal, and you can still buy replacement parts for that mug on their website even though I've had it for 13 years.
The bowl this rice cooker comes with is non-stick, so it may eventually need to be replaced. However, since this is a Zojirushi there are after market stainless steel bowls available, or you can just buy another non-stick one direct from Zojirushi.
I have a Zojirushi boiler as well, so I'm a fan of their products.
I've been using this to cook oatmeal (rolled oats) as well. For that, you use the white rice setting and slightly adjust the amount of water:
If you're looking for the bigger 10 cup one they have some Used but unopened with package damage for $110-130. We bought the 3 cup and it was enough for 1 meal but I like having left over rice for midnight snacks.

Comes out pretty nicely! During the warming phase I stir in a bit of milk.
