e-waste. Eneloop or bust. I have 10 year old plus eneloop still refuse to die. If you need lithium there are more reputable sources.

These are non-rechargeable, so I suppose they are supposed to compete with teh Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries. Project Farm does a video where he compares other non-rechargeable AA Lithium batteries to the Energizer ones.

Read the one star reviews. After removing the fake ones, these must suck, especially at the premium price.

3500mAh at standard LiIon voltage would of course be absurd in the size of a AA. I'm not sure what the marketing psedo math is here. Maybe they mean 3500mWh. Which would still be high.

Anyway these typically use a buck converter to step down the the 3.7V of LiIon down to 1.5V, and that circuit remains active regardless of load, resulting in a strong self-discharge effect. Making this quite poor for a low drain device like a tv remote.

They can work well in high drain digital devices that are sensitive to voltage drop, cause they're going to give you 1.5V until they suddenly die. But I'd choose a more reputable brand.
