These work much better than the Michelin blades sold in Costco before. Much smoother and quieter on my minivan, and they come with the correct fitting to my Mazda SUV.

I must not know what crappy wiper blades are. I've used the michelin ones just fine on our camry and sienna. No squeaky noises and fairly clear. I replace yearly. What's wrong with them?

You're saying that, but Costco swapped from Michelin to Bridgestone, so I wanted to confirm that these were just as bad/worse than the Michelins

Honestly, if they work and they don't skip, nothing. Some blades are worse on certain windshield designs, so some people will have terrible experiences. For example, on an MDX the Costco ones would skip and lift at any speed above 30mph, so you'd have to hear it making noises and not wiping the water.

Thanks, Makes sense. I only get the skipping if I use them longer than a year. So the vehicle matters.

Actually, you're only looking at part of the issue. The previous ones split after 6 months in some instances. Many times they worked great up to the point they split.

I highly recommend the Griots silicon glass treatment. My first treatment has lasted 6 months and the water flies off the windshield. I'll see if it lasts the 12 months they claim. Rain X lasts about 45 days max so this is a significant improvement. You still need good blades but with this stuff you don't have to depend upon them as much or as heavily.

Not who you replied to, but I have had the same set of "Bosch AeroTwin" blades on my car for over 6 years and they are almost as good as new---it's actually unbelievable. I do garage the car overnight/weekends so YMMV but I also live in Florida so they see a decent amount of abuse (just not winter).
