Got one, thank you. Better than the HP Elitebook 830 refurb from ebay posted here a few days ago, and for less money. Also i bought one of those ebay HP's and it arrived with the webcam smashed!

Not seeing the 397 price. Just seeing 1000. Am I missing something?

Has anyone had experience with Dell laptop refurb returns? I just need something that will last 5 hours or so. They claim it should last 7 hours in "mixed workflows" but there are tons of people complaining that their Dell Latitudes only last 2 hours. Would that be sufficient to be able to return without paying shipping and restocking fees, if the battery life didn't meet my expectations?

Removable RAM, FWIW.. but it's not clear whether it's DDR4 or DDR5. Probably DDR4.

SSD is removable too, but looks like it only takes the smaller size 2230 drives.

As per my understanding, it is ddr5 for P series Intel 13th gen CPUs and ddr5 for U series CPUs.

Interesting, when I placed the order I got a 'serial number' which is actually the Service Tag number for that specific laptop used on the Dell Support site. This seems like a good deal but I have had mixed results with Dell refurbished laptops. 'Grade A' is somewhat subjective in their mind. Good luck arguing over a few scratches here or there. Battery life is the biggest shortcoming in my experience. Keep your fingers crossed...
