I'm a 6'1" 200lb male and I own one. It works but it comes down to form. It's a little harder for me because I'm more leg than torso. It has two different incline settings with the pins. It's extremely well built (surprisingly). I took a shot on one of these a few months ago. The only thing that may wear out is the padding eventually. I haven't used the resistance bands but for the primary core function, it's great. The counter that comes with it is plastic garbage.
