Check that this is not tied to their atrocious tplink.Com login. A wired ecosystem. their devices will block functionality of they can't reach their servers every few hours.

Quite stupid to have a cloud only managed switch, always on backdoor, becomes junk when vendor abandons it, and easily get locked out of the network...
