The pain to get the $10 is not worth browsing the website looking for a subsequent "deal." You'll waste more time than it's worth trying to figure out what to buy. At worst, you can use it as a "free shipping" coupon. At best, you'll come across another one of those $15 Switch game deals where your local GameStop has a copy of the game you want and then you still have to put in the effort to go pick it up.
I am sitting on $45 bucks and will probably blow it on a full-priced digital copy of Clair Obscur which I have been dying to play.
I have been a platinum customer for a few years and I'm also curious because I see no indications on the site of the future freebies.
It might be worth noting the difficulty of actually claiming these. In my experience,
- $1 movie night is trivial to get,
$10 gift cards are feasible but difficult to impossible to get
The free movies are feasible to get. They rotate these so you will see the same movie every few months
Claiming these can take a number of tries. Of course, when they're giving it away $10 gift cards to something popular they will be gone by 12:02 and you won't be able to log in in time to clean one. However, I do enjoy the free movies
