This one's been on my interested list- seen it in a few videos over the years. I played XVI as it's part of PS+, and I really liked it. From what I understand, these two play similarly. Great find OP.

incredible game for the price. i put easily 80 hours into it. it had a rocky launch but with DLC and time they made this into a masterpiece, dont let the reviews from launch fool you.

Hate this game so much. Half the story isn't even in the game. You have to watch FFXV Kingsglaive to see the opening. You have to watch an anime series to get backdoor of all the characters. These a prequel tie-in novella.

And the gameplay gating. So much of the game is handholding in an open-world game. The car is used to implement so many limitations. It has so many of the bad design decisions FFXIII made.

Even in-game story can be missed because of how badly they set everything up.

I watched Kingsglaive and was still confused.
The first half of the game was really amazing, the second half of the game (pretty much once you take a boat and leave the main area) it goes downhill fast. It honestly had so much potential even if they took away some of the side content and focused on the story more.
