I've had both great And terrible experiences at walmart tire center so it comes down to which tech working on your car which also can be said to almost all other places.

I have learned from personal experience to not purchase cheap tires. Doesn't mean you need to buy premium but cheap means significantly increased road noise, faster wear and poorer performance. Don't make the same mistake.

You'll pay more for cheap tires in the long run, and you'll have to suffer through their use with poor breaking performance and road noise while you use more gas and wear them down faster. Install costs more often are another way they end up costing more. Premium tires are a scam too in most cases, but cheap tires aren't good for anyone.

Also, Walmart for tires, especially cheap ones is like playing Russian Roulette with the odds against you. Some people are fine, but people report issues and problems from them at a far higher rate than most other tire shops.

If you need tires this bad go to a reputable shop and see what decent tires they have a deal for and ask about payment plans and things like that. You'll be much more likely to be happy in the long run and not just end up in the same bad situation you are in now shortly down the road.

I have no problem about the sales staff, even the people who check you in (outside/in line) but I feel like their wheel balancing service isn't as good as others.

Like the wheels may be good for a few thousand miles but sooner than later they're all needing to be rebalanced again. Or the most recent example - new tires, mild vibrations in freeway speeds, definitely some vibrations ~80mph.

Do they only "halfway" balance the tires?
