Allow registered users to add their State (location)

why doesn't SD display the US State of the registered users? it makes it easier to see if
their deals that they are posting are at my location so that I don't have to make a reply to the thread asking them where they are located at. Would save a lot of time, actually.

This feature exists on the older version of Slickdeals (Classic) but, at least in my observations, it's something that isn't/wasn't really used often. I think a lot of people probably don't want to share their location by default, but I do agree that it can be helpful when people share their general location when posting in store/YMMV deals.
