anyone know how well these function as height speakers?

if you mount them as heights/tops, they work fine (don't try to bounce sound off of ceiling). They do need to be crossed over at 100-120hz though.

Best thing is the rare for speakers vesa mount. I have them on monitor wall mounts.

I wish the fitting "bookshelves" (cinema ultra 100) came back in stock and went on a sale like that.

They look like they're designed to do exactly that though. Like they should go on top of your L and R speakers. I could use them to replace my R and L rear surrounds i guys. But I'm trying to go all Klipch RP since I already have my center and L/R fronts with them. Have had a hard time finding surrounds I like as all I see are those weird angles two way speakers.
