On top of that gigantic red flag, 12x32 is a ratio that won't make sense for most people. 12x is a powerful magnification. I love optics with powerful magnification, but I usually don't carry them with me because they're usually less useful and they're harder to use. It takes longer to find your target, the depth of field is shallower so it's harder to keep it in focus, and it will shake more handheld.
On top of all that, more powerful magnification requires more light-gathering to produce an image of the same brightness. That means bigger lenses and heavier gear (which are harder to hold steady), or darker imaging. It's obviously harder to find and focus on a target when it's dark, but it's also harder to find and focus on a target when you're using a bigger lens, because the larger aperture will shrink the depth of field even more.
Anyway, this particular monocular doesn't have a particularly large lens (32). So instead of having a shallow depth of field and being harder to hold steady, it will just have a dim image.
That's assuming all of these numbers are correct. I wouldn't assume that. But also, I probably wouldn't buy a 12x32 monocular, and I definitely wouldn't buy one that's branded SCOKC unless I'd tried it first.
Anyway, if you're new to optics, get off Slickdeals and read some enthusiast forums before spending any money. It's easy to make bad assumptions about the kind of gear that will work best for you and buy the wrong gear even when you're buying something well-made, which this almost certainly is not.
(FWIW, I recommend most people start with the best small pair of mild-magnification binoculars you can afford. Even if you get something bigger later, you'll probably end up using the small pair more often because they're easier to use and less hassle to lug around. But quality really matters, so read those enthusiast reviews!)
