This is not a great hub. At $7, from a reputable brand, it might be the right hub for someone, but make sure the tradeoffs are right for you.
Pro:
100W power delivery (useful for higher-power laptops, not relevant for most 13-14" business laptops).
USB C port (some cheap hubs don't have any)
USB A ports are fast
Anker is a reliable brand
Con:
4K will be bad (it's only 30hz, half of what ~everyone considers the minimum frame rate, less than half of what snobs consider the minimum frame rate, and will look choppy and feel laggy to anyone with a pulse)
Only one USB C port (and not full speed but it's fast enough for most uses)
Only one display (which is particularly important because it doesn't support high resolutions at a usable frame rate, so you wouldn't even want to use it with a single big monitor)
No audio port
