10,000 IU is so high you can get vitamin d toxicity if taken for prolonged times, it's recommended to have a very good reason to take these, ie serious deficiency, malabsorbtion issues etc just a heads up

and flax oil/seed apparently is highly estrogenic and very very few people need more estrogenic compounds. detrimental if you don't need it
