Most of these ingredients won't do anything. Ashwagandha needs a daily dose for months before it begins helping with anxiety (it does eventually help, though). Oral GABA doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier, so does nothing. The only ingredients in this that actually do anything are l-theanine and valerian root, of which can be bought MUCH cheaper on their own. You're better off buying those two ingredients and adding it to a scoop of peanut butter, etc, than paying for these overpriced treats.

i'm in for one because it can't really hurt. i've got a crazy dog who needs trazodone and gabapentin. the gabapentin helped the most. but it's nice to have these kind of things for when he's got two hours before I can give him a real dose. i paid a lot more for vetriscience l-theanine and ashwagandha. I have to give him 6 capsules and 3 tablets a day and that's not easy. I've tried cheese, peanut butter and pill pockets. what works best is pate style dog food out of the fridge. it sticks well enough and completely camouflages it so he swallows it whole. he learned to look for the pills and he spits them out in anything else. i would find them later in the carpet or under a chair.
