After looking at a thread about Thor on Reddit's appliance forum, the comments are scathing...phrases like "utter garbage" and "Worst appliance brand on the market. No customer service and fake warranty" are commonplace, a must read if you are considering this brand.

That's good to know. I'm in the market and the deal looked tempting, but never heard of this website or this brand. Thanks for posting a warning.

Strange. I think it more around the units with digital circuit boards - this is a very well reviewed unit with little in the way of high tech. More of an industrial commercial unit to be honest. We have a Gordon Ramsey 36" range, dishwasher and microwave/air fryer - all Thor Kitchen and they've been flawless but are only 18 months old. No one experiencing zero issues ever posts……or seldom does.
