Does anybody know the IQ of this one?

The last slushie machine I had was a dumb one. It thought it was a toaster.

....but more seriously. I've never owned this one or the regular capacity one Ninja sells so I can't comment on long-term ownership. Still, I've been to a couple of friend's houses where they had these running (both alcoholic and non) and they do produce a pretty damn good slushie.

Me buying one from costco a while back has single handedly stopped me from losing weight on a glp lol. It's a real problem when you can slush anything

Costco has this for $369 and it includes a $75 shop card. You will pay a bit of extra tax but still a better deal if you already have a Costco membership.

I bought this and did a ton of research and have some information regarding this.

Amazon has given these machines a very unique, well weird, naming system. They're pretty confusing if you've never researched so here it goes:

Amazon has this model and labels it the Slushie MAX XXL for an absurd retail price of $499. This is the same machine as the Slushie MAX on the ninja site, which retails for $369 (Model: FS605[color], 150oz capacity)

There is also the Slushie MAX XL on Amazon, which is known as the Slushie XL on the ninja site at $349 (Model: FS601[color], 128oz)

The XL (MAX XL on amazon) and MAX (MAX XXL on amazon) are essentially the same machine except the MAX (MAX XXL) holds 2 more servings worth.

Costco also has this model for the same price as the Ninja site:
https://www.costco.com/p/-/ninja-...?langId=-1

Costco also has their slightly bigger version of the standard Ninja Slushi which they label PRO (96oz for Costco vs the standard 88oz):
https://www.costco.com/p/-/ninja-...?langId=-1

I actually ended up buying the MAX from Amazon for $499 and then from the Ninja site at $369. I bought it from the Ninja site when I found out they are the same machine and then confirmed, the MAX on the Ninja site turned out to be the same as the MAX XXL on amazon's site. I bought it from amazon for $499 so ended up returning it.

IMO this model is significantly better than the standard slushi / slushi pro. My friend has the standard and when he makes slushies it takes anywhere from 25 min+ and an hour+ if spiked. My machine does it in about 10 minutes if not sooner and it holds a ton more servings. Also this MAX version is stronger and can do 20% ABV vs the standard machine which only does up to 10-12%.
I use this quite often and think the machine is awesome, considering that you'll use it often. It is quite big so make sure you have the counter space for it.

Two negatives about this (well might be positive to some), it gets a little TOO cold for regular slushies (in the beginning). When putting it in slushi mode I have to dial the knob down after the liquid becomes icy other wise it becomes a consistency where you need a spoon to drink it. The other negative is that if you leave it on for a very long time, think 4 hours+, it gets weaker and you have to dial the power higher. I threw a bbq and started in the afternoon and by evening time (after many refills) the machine seemed to have lost a lot of strength maintaining it's slushi mode so I had to dial the power up.

Hope this information helps some.
