Been around for a while not a new deal. Also I think you can get multiple lines with this promo when I last spoke with customer service

Just signed up and it took 15 mins or so from T-Mobile..... My 2nd line has a former TracFone and it wasn't eligible for the promo.

Wow, this is tempting for five years price guarantee. How was their service compared to Verizon prepaid? I learned a few years ago that on major carriers post paid customers have the highest priority and after that it's their own prepaid service before MVNOs

I've been on Total for ~2 years and I will say the service has been pretty good on the Verizon network. Much better than some previous MVNO's that I've been on like Redpocket (VZW). TW seems to have a much higher prioritization on the network (probably still behind postpaid VZW but it doesn't seem too bad). I will say the customer service is abysmal, should you have to use it. They messed up my $15/mo promotion and I had to file an FCC complaint to get it resolved, as none of their reps know what is going on. I figure as long as I don't touch my account til 5 years are up, I'm all good.
