I hope I never need these...HFT has some comparable sets but this one seems to be a good deal for those in the market.

Ford and Toyota are using these more and more. Much better size variety than HFT sets I've seen

E8 socket is handy for removing the water pump studs when doing a timing belt job on older Toyota's 3.3L V6.

Quite a few on my Ram too, but maybe that's because it's really a Fiat.

If you own an F chassis bmw,(roughly 2015-2020ish) there's a load of these on it. Not sure about others though.

I just bought the Amazon Basics 14 piece set for about the same price last week.

Needed it to adjust my driving headlamps. Probably never use it again. lol

This does look any different than whats also available from other brands in quality or price.

I'd rather pay the extra $2 for a set with more pieces.

When it comes to external torx sockets (especially the larger E-16 to E-24 sizes and the larger internal torx bits) I pass on the regular chrome sockets and only look for impact sockets, as most of the time it's an impact-level job need to more easily/safely break the fasteners free.
Just my 2ยข.

Work on something German and you'll definitely need these.

I've had this same set for years. No complaints.

Normal price is around $14-15. For comparison, popular one on Amazon https://a.co/d/0c24PqT3. Though Neiko seems to be a better brand but currently not fulfilled by Amzn.

Just used these this past weekend to remove AC compressor bolts on a Toyota Tundra. I would see these much more commonly on German vehicles but lately seeing them more on Japanese cars as well.
