Very comfortable for me but they squeak awful. I only use them in my dog walking sneakers

How do these compare to superfeet? Specifically the green ones?

I use some similar inserts along with stretching and exercise for Plantar Fasciitis. My next stop would have been a Podiatrist as the pain was getting pretty bad. My recommendation is finding a way to avoid getting older...Besides the obvious answer! 🤣

Put a dryer sheet under the insole and it will normally stop the squeaking

Good thing these go inside the shoe. I wouldn't want anyone to see.

Buy With Confidence,

I have about three sets of these in use. And four or five as spares.

Had ankle issues about six months ago and the doctor recommended some-ish that cost a couple of hundred dollars a pair. "Ummm. A No." Came across these and took a chance. Worth EVERY(!!!) penny.

I am using the "Dark-Blue" myself.
