That first one looks like someone repurposed their great-aunt's drapes!

The Houdini is one of Patagonia's best. The wind breaker rolls up into its own pocket and has a carabiner loop when rolled up into the pocket. Attach it to a belt loop and it is a lightweight, compact layer that is hardly noticeable on your waist. Pull it out when the sun goes down or when you enter an overly air-conditioned building. The Houdini is one of the best wind breakers made.

Did they ever fix the issue with the front pocket? EDIT: It won't let me upload the review from REI. Looks like it's in stock at my local REI, so I might go there to try it on first.

That pocket can still do the same thing in that pic. I just bought this jacket a month ago so can't tell you how easy/often that will randomly actually happen, but I just tried it on and unzipped that pocket can be flipped out like that.

This is the best packable light jacket. I carry it with me everywhere. Takes up so little space in my luggage or backpack.
