if i operated a kiosk at a major airport i'd make a killing reselling these at $25 each.

I don't think anyone will pay $25 for $1-2 AliExpress wired earbuds.

Yes. You are free to set whatever price you want, but that doesn't mean people will pay for it. Cheap wired earbuds aren't essential. Most people can easily go without them, and plenty of airlines hand them out for free anyway. If someone truly needed a pair, they would have brought their own. And if someone do end up buying wired earbuds at the airport (because they forgot to bring their own), they are going to choose something at least reasonably decent, like Apple EarPods, not spend ten times the normal price on a flimsy throwaway pair. Airport prices are more expensive relative to outside, but it is not that excessive either.

Apple EarPods is normally $20 outside the airport, so $32 is still fairly reasonable. This is normally $2-3 outside, which makes the $25 price you recommended very high and not a realistic price that will make sales. I can see people paying $6-7 for it, not $25.
