This thing sucks. Used it for a few days and it's going back.

What did you make with it?

I bought one a few weeks ago, and with the right recipes makes fantastic soft serve or milkshakes. We also made some pretty decent slushies. We found that if you use any recipe with heavy cream it turns to butter and ruins the texture. Stick with the ones that call for half and half.

We have this model and while my daughter is the one who mostly uses it, the ice cream she makes with it has been delicious.

For this for Christmas last year, it makes great slushies (better than the ninja slushi) and mid to ok soft serve.

The soft serve was finicky and you really had to have the stars align to get consistent results. When it happened it was good but it was inconsistent for me with the same recipe at times.

The reason I returned it is because the face plate cracks and leaks. Every time we washed it the crack got worse. Poured a blue slush mix into it and immediately it was on the counter and in the floor. That was the last straw for my wife, we packed it up and returned it that weekend.

Same. Rather just drive to Costco 10mins away and get yogurt from the food court.
