I picked this up from Lowe's in the spring. Prepped the area, seeded, watered every day for several weeks...and it did shit. I got maybe a dozen pieces of grass out of a 20 sqft area and I live in the northeast where it we have moderate temps. Of course I'd thrown the receipt out.

Did you put tack straw over the seeds and water everyday? I suspect you didn't, the tack straw step is often missed.
