AI generated images don't give me a whole lot of confidence in the product. So much of this is AI slop now that's churned out in a Chinese factory with no QA. I bought one of the U.S. puzzle maps that said "Lowa" and "Ldaho" instead of Iowa and Idaho.

All Amazon sells now is junk. We've been buying more at Walmart and Costco recently and do far less returns now. Amazon's reviews are also insanely fake. They regularly fake hundreds of reviews. No reason they can't fake two.

Amazon is nothing more than Temu/aliexpress. 99.9% Chinese junk produced by the same factory, but sold under different brand names like Ghghfhghghhattech to skirt US copyright laws. It's hilarious to me that rather than look elsewhere for a better product with a somewhat normal brand name, mofos will literally just buy the junk under the GOGOUSA brand and accept it as if it's the only option.I do everything I possibly can to avoid Scamazon/Bozos, but the majority of the US shoppers just can't help themselves.

You know Amazon sells the same shit Walmart does too right? Like you don't have to buy the Godatagaba container, you can buy the Rubbermaid one instead.

I have been buying more from Walmart and local stores when I can find them these days.

I'd rather pay a little more and trust the supply line that it's not been contaminated with Temu buys, which will get uploaded into the Amazon supply.

I purchased a spatula online; the cardboard backing looked legit, stainless steel, but it rusted in 3 months and broke at the welds in less than 6 months.

I bought another one at a local store; paying a bit more, we've had it for 4 years.

I checked a well-known Chinese shop online, and there it was—about $4, the same card and everything, about a quarter of the cost.

I actually use Amazon for window shopping, and I found that some manufacturing websites offer products at lower prices.

I purchased a French pepper mill and an OXO coffee maker directly from manufacturing websites.

I'm tired of fake products.

Oh same with book lights from a well known brand.

Got a fake, light was orange like, massive amount of reviews complaining about this, contactedthe manufacturer, and it was a fake.

I went to Barnes & Noble and paid around $25-30, can't recall, for it it, exactly the same packaging, a bright white usable light.
