Do not confuse this with Kentucky Blue Grass!! This is not something you want to use to overseed or cover bare spots. It will not match with your existing grass. Unless your lawn is already fully Kentucky 31 - which would be unlikely since no one who knows anything about lawncare would ever start a lawn with this sh!t.

For those of you that don't live on a golf course, this grass has very deep roots and works well where droughts are frequent or if you have poor soil.
