Solid unit. Still love my F2600. It's gotten me through a couple power outages already this year. I use it at night for basic needs and during the day I recharge it with my propane generator. I love not having to run my generator at night.

Brand new on their own website, it's $999, definitely not $2,199.

That's a pretty genius idea, I have a propane generator now. How well does the genie charge this? Also does this use the same 50a inlet as the gas generator? Thanks

During a power outage, I use my propane generator all day long to power my home. I plug the F2600 into a regular 120 volt outlet in my house and set the charging wattage to 200 watts so I don't strain my generator. It works perfectly!

Ok and then how long with the F2600 run your house for once you are off the propane generator?

No OP, but the F2600 would only be used to power critical items. It doesn't have the juice to get very far on a lot of items.

The F2600 will not run your whole home. I only use it for essentials to get through the night.

On a similar note, I have an f2600 and f2000 w/extra battery. During a prolonged outage I charged the batteries for 4 hours a day with a gas generator, and relied on batteries for my fridge, sump pump, basement freezer and phone charging the other 20hrs. Kept my essentials going on half a gallon of gas a day, so my 5gal fuel jug could in theory last me a week plus three days, now i just gotta figure out propane usage

I have one of these. Im happy with it. Use it as a UPS for my home office as well as in case of power outage exactly as Steve4459 does. Well theoretically as I havent had an outage yet. I have a Honda EU2200i converted to propane so it wont power too much stuff, just the essentials.
I also have a 200w solar panel from EcoFlow for it as a little supplemental input if needed. Very basic.

For UPS, I saw some units have a 10ms cutover vs 20ms for some. Is the difference really important for electronics like computers, monitors, modem/router?
