Never thought I'd live long enough to see Cort guitars go for over $500 and that be considered a "deal". Thought they were only available at Sears and pawn shops.
I bought a 7 string Cort Kx707 open pore black body, roasted maple neck, with Evertune bridge this spring. It was the cheapest guitar I could find for an Evertune bridge on a 7 string. My first Cort, and I will be honest the quality has exceeded my expectations. The guitar is gorgeous and plays beautifully. I've always kind of associated Cort with cheap sub par quality guitars, but my experience so far with one has been very positive.

You can also get some corts directly from prs, with the prs logo on them. For hundreds more.

My PRS SE was actually less with active EMG's and an ebony fretboard. And when you sell a Cort it's still going to say "Cort" so guarantee you get less for it.
