Warranty on refurb units are only 3months and their support isnt very helpful. I purchased a refurbisehed bundle and the homebase broke in 4 months and wouldn't recognize the SSD which seems to be an extremely common problem with this product.

Not too sure how good warranty with the ebay allstate warranty is but I would not expect any help from Eufy direct if you are to have any issues.

Stay away. Constantly releasing broken updated apps making your cameras completely and totally unresponsive. Tech support is useless making the paying customer the guinea pig for their broken app. Software engineers should all be fired. Shameful product. See all of the negative posts about their app on Reddit and negative reviews about the app on the google Play Store site. A Class Action Lawsuit needs to be filed against this Chinese Junk company.
