As a Ryobi user, also look for deals on the factory outlet site, directtoolsoutlet.com . Try to wait for the 50% off sales. There is currently one on "select items", mostly batteries and less desirable items. They have a site-wide sale a couple times a year though (ie: wait for labor day in a few weeks).
on that site, conditions are as below:
Reconditioned=returned items, I have had great luck with them being in good condition.
Factory Blemished=brand new, usually in box items. There is nothing wrong with these.
The search on that site is awful.
