So all the manufacturers started selling a cheaper MiniLed along side their Quantum Mini line ups - these are lower cost lower performance than TCLs QM8, Samsung NeoQ, or LGs QNED - not to be confused with micro RGB Technology

They are separate technologies that can be featured together. A majority of the Mini-LED TVs you see now are also marketed as QLED (QNED in case of LG) indicating that they have quantum dots for more color volume.
