You are referring to "Explanation of the Supplier" which gives the Bluetti manufacturer information.
If you go back to the previous deal you were referring to, you will see that THAT seller only lists Bluetti products.
The seller of this listing is based in Singapore (from Seller Info), while Bluetti is based in China.

This is my first experience using AliExpress so I have no experience on how stores are setup. I can say that when I mouse over two different listings for the Elite 100 (one for the OP and one posted the other day for $332.71), both of which I understand are being sold by the official store (based on email from Bluetti and the seller license info shown on Aliexpress for the sellers), the value for StoreNum shown in the link is the same - 1104072020. For the $332.71 listing, the value I just mentioned for StoreNum in the link differs from the store number shown when you mouse over the seller name "BLUETTIT Store(Trader)". And to complicate things further, it is different than the store number you provided, but when I use the link you provided it goes to the same listing as OP ---- All that I wrote probably means nothing!!!
I am going to purchase it, seems like the official store to me.
