These are pretty great. The Starva 2 sensor is pretty good giving higher quality recording in low light vs original Starva sensor and others.
I think I pay $15-$20 more via eBay for the ones that have the always on hardwire kit included when discounts/coupons are avaliable. The multi band WiFi connects well with Android and the voice function works as long as you remember the command for what you want.
I was side swiped in my truck with one of these and though the hit was hardly noticeable, the RedTiger picked it up and automatically locked the recording so it wouldn't be deleted or overwritten. It saved me as Tesla Insurance didn't want to pay up with my statement against their insured. The video front and rear was indisputable and their client was deemed at fault.
The RedTiger App is decent and functions without issue able to handle connection from one vehicle's camera to another.

Second the redtiger_store on ebay. Just bought a refurb F7N Pro for $70 that has the starvis 2 sensor. They have the F7N Elite and T for $100.
Thanks op! FYI check your account(s) for an additional discount. I had a 10% off brand promotion discount, which dropped the price to $108 before taxes.
I went to the link and Amazon is offering me an additional 10% off bring the price for me to $107.99 plus tax. Great deal!
I have 2 of this version and the non touch version. This dashcam served its purpose perfectly when a teenager turned in front of me and I t-boned his passenger side. Totaled my car. No question whose fault it was with the footage.

I heard people say that there are several versions of the Starvis 2. Does this one have the version that is the well renowned?
Nope, this one is fake 4K. It uses the Starvis 2 IMX675 sensor, which is 2K and they stretch it into a 4K picture. As a result, this will result in worse detail at 4k than having it record at its native 2k resolution. The IMX678 is the 4K version, and models that use it (like the F7NA) advertise it prominently because it's more expensive and a major selling point.
How is this compared to brands like Vanture or Viofo?
This is worse. Those companies are upfront about which sensor you're using, and tell you clearly if it's truly 4K or not. This one claims 4K but really isn't (see my previous comment for explanation), you'd have to spend more money on the F7NA to get the true 4K version from this brand. The F7NA is decent based on reviews, but it's still from a company that misstates specs.
If it cannot be confirmed as a Sony sensory, has a cheap suction mount to make sure things dangle just a bit better than an x-mas tree ornament, do NOT buy, but if you don't care about "oh wait, let's look at the dashcam", and you can't see anything, go ahead.
