This is lower than any used listing I can find on Reverb.

I'd hesitate to buy a Gibson without trying it first because they aren't exactly known for consistency, but I imagine it can be returned if there are issues.

I mean, they sell used between 1500-2200 generally. That said $2k for brand new is an excellent price. If I didn't just pick up a K24ce I would be all over this.

They appear to be 3 different actual guitars they have and not just 3 placeholders for a bunch of stock guitars. They're also at 3 different store locations. Only 2 of the links show in stock now, and both say only one available.

All else being equal, the rosewood back and sides will have a deeper, scooped tone, vs mahoney with a punchier, more mid focused tone. As an owner of a Hummingbird Standard, I love the unruliness of the shorter scale paired with the mahogany back and sides, but I also love the deep, refined tone of my Guild DV52 (D28 style rosewood dreadnought).
