on the mobile app, add one glossy 8x10 photo to cart first. keep shopping and add another 8x10, this time choose matte. go to cart, apply coupon, should be 0.00 total

I was able to do the 2 on the app, but when I went to the computer to do the one there, it wouldn't let me add the coupon there. Your mileage may vary.

My three kids and I made one each, on our individual email accounts. We all used my phone number since they don't have phones. When I went to pick up the four 8x10s, only one was made. The clerk informed me that only one promo is allowed per phone number. Anyone else have this issue? I think I'll call corporate to inquire. This was in Hawai'i, at the School Street location.

I don't have this issue at all. I use my account, my wife and my mom's Walgreens accounts and always put my phone #. You can also try not putting a phone number and just tell them the last name. I've done that and it works .

You can get free phone numbers to use like TextNow, leave the phone number off like the other poster suggested, use an old number not in service or resend order to different store if that is an option. Please use these other options so it does not ruin these promos.
