FWIW there is a pop up window for first time customers that takes another $20 off which brings the deal down to $59/lb if stackable. I've only had A5 a couple times and in my experience it's really rich and you don't need alot compared to a regular steak. 8 oz would probably be enough for a 2 person meal.

8oz of A5 Wagyu is indeed enough for a two person meal. Regarding the $20 first time customer code, unfortunately it is not stackable, so the promo in the original post (which takes off $66) is the best deal. The thing about this deal is that the prices of these steaks are already discounted cheaper than usual. That combined with the buy two get one free and the 15% off makes it a crazy good deal.

I know the price does not make this a common purchase, but if you want some genuine A5 steaks for a special occasion treat, this is hard to beat.

Does the Loyal15 code require a certain minimum ?
I'd like to try and it seems like a great deal for proper Wagyu, but I don't feel like I want/need to commit to almost $400 worth on my first order...

Costco has it "on sale" for still over $120 a lb

EDIT - I see, adding the additional steaks gets to the "Free shipping" threshold.

Just received my order. The Australian wagyu is a waste of money. Looks nothing like the pics. It's just as marbled as Costco prime. Not worth the 37 dollars a 12oz steak this deal comes out to. The Japanese steak is well marbled as expected. The Japanese wagyu cap steak is not as marbled as the steak but it's also not as pricey. Overall I would skip the Australian steak and order more cap steak to reach the free shipping threshold. But then it's not as good of a deal since the cap doesn't come with a free steak.
