This is a terrible design because you don't want a bunch of open shelves, especially those with a front lip to catch and trap falling debris, all around a work surface where you're preparing food! There is another brand/version of this style island for $98 right now with all cabinet doors and that is a much smarter design since all those doors stay closed so no falling food will get caught/trapped in the shelves when it falls off the prep surface.
