A bunch of those "free" tools are on sale at $99 all the time, so you're paying $40 for the 3.0Ah battery and a charger, not really much of a "deal" here and definetly not a "slick deal". I do love Acme tools though, great prices all around compared to most other places.

Yeah if you need something soon this is good but comparing it to the recent Lowe's deal which I believe was $89 for the charger, 5 ah battery and choice of tool it falls short.
