If someone is doing a budget build this PSU is the floor of what I'd recommended. That's not a dig either as this is what I'd trust my hardware with, especially if I couldn't afford to replace it.

Honestly, just go higher. It doesn't hurt, especially if you're going to eventually upgrade. It really sucks to realize you don't have enough juice at that point.

If you have spent $400+ for the GPU alone - I wouldn't trust to a Tier C PSU to save $20-$30.
