Some day I hope the gen 5 SD storage comes back. And that's on top of all the other parts I need that are suffering from collusion and market manipulation.

I got this computer but with a Ryzen 7 9700X CPU last week at $2150 from Micro Center. Absolutely love it, runs everything perfectly. Quiet and cool.

got my microcenter rig with a 9800x3d + 5080 + 32gb ddr5 + 2tb nvme for $2399 just 3 months ago not sure how this is remotely near a good deal. that same microcenter rig is now $2599. i would gladly pay $100 for a 9800x3d over a 7900x (which is roughly about a 25-30% drop off in gaming power vs a 9800x3d with the same gpu at <4k resolutions).

even if you dont have MC around you i do not think this is a great prebuilt deal.

This is a 12 core processor compared to an 8-core 7800x3dI personally took the 7900x for the more cores and only like 3 frames loss

7900X is a pretty decent CPU. CPU Benchmark Scores2571Single-Core Score19813Multi-Core Scoreif it is for pure gaming, you can find something with 9800X3D. The GPU here is very good though but I do see this GPU in this price range often (even little lower)
What? I'm seeing Single-core: 4226Multi-core: 51236Not bad for a 4-year-old processor

Geekbench 6?

Score of 51236 for multi-core you see means it's almost twice as fast as the fastest desktop chip on the planet and single core of 4226 is pretty much M5 MX Apple silicon speed.

Single-core: 4226 ??
Multi-core: 51236 ??
